It's time to Power Up! Time to take action and make those healthy changes you want to make. This special Power Up! session is a 6 week strategy that includes the education and the workouts you need to make big positive changes in your body, and your life!
Education sessions will feature expert guests focusing on:
Nutrition
Positive Thinking
Self-Esteem
Quality Sleep
Stress Relief
Physical Fitness
Fitness sessions will be a high-powered, yet fun mix of cardio and strength training exercises that you will do in class, and at home, to have you feeling, and seeing results, fast!
You will start your Power Up! workshop by owning your numbers...weight and inches...so that you will have a guide to track your progress.
You will commit to following a 21 Day Plan that will help you to make healthy living a lifetime habit.
You will also learn 7 steps to get rid of the fat, and keep it off, for good!
We will meet Sunday mornings at Blackridge Civic Association from 8-10am:
Sunday September 8, 15, 22, 29, and October 6 and 13. The first hour of our session will be education. The second hour will be a workout. During our time together, you will also get a Power Up! plan for your week ahead that includes menus, recipes, and exercises, and missions related to the focus of the week.
You won't be alone! Our group will be your support network. Plus, you will have access to email and private social media support throughout the week!
All of this...just $60.00! You can pay through PayPal, or by check in classes.
